Terms and Conditions


These specific terms and conditions listed below allow for a fair selling environment for our customers and ensure the best possible quality of service supplied to our customers’ customers. In order to establish an active account with AES Industries, you must read carefully, fully understand and agree to all terms and conditions listed. Violation in any way of any terms and conditions can result in termination of your account. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, please check back regularly to stay up to date. New Customer Requirements

Before we begin to process any new customer account request, the following documents must be submitted via e-mail or fax:

• A completed New Customer Information Form (aesindustri.es/doc26401)

• A completed Blanket Resale Certificate Form (aesindustri.es/doc26403)

• A copy of your State Issued Resale Certificate

Failure to provide the required documents can result in delay of processing and rejection of your new customer application. We cannot and will not release pricing and availability information unless these required documents have been collected and a new customer account established.


Warehouses & Distributors

Warehouses looking to stock and distribute AES Industries products must have an established history in distributing professional automotive and/or auto body repair products. Warehouses and distributors must have a brick & mortar corporate office and warehouse(s). We will not approve new warehouse or distributor applications that rely on home/garage based or storage unit facility based storage. Warehouses and distributors must stock AES Industries products and only request drop shipment if absolutely necessary. Warehouses and distributors looking to establish a new customer account with sole intention of drop shipping from our warehouse will not be approved.


End Users & Body Shops

AES Industries operates as a wholesale company and cannot sell to end users (including body shops) unless you are reselling the product via an established retail store based business. If you are an end user or body shop looking to purchase AES Industries brand items for use, we will gladly direct you to a local retailer that carries our product line.


Physical Store Requirement

AES Industries products are sold as a professional line of auto body repair products for professional auto body use. Such products require a firm background in and understanding of auto body repair. We require that any reseller of our products must have an existing physical store address where customers can enter and be advised on how a product may be appropriate in particular auto body applications. Picture proof of your physical store location may be requested during the new customer application process.


Unauthorized Reselling Channels

We will not accept any new customer applications for resellers who operate solely online and/or do business via third party channels including channels that store inventory, receive orders, process and fulfill orders for you. These channels include (but are not limited to): Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Rakuten, Sears Marketplace and Walmart Marketplace. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you are found selling via these channels without prior special permission.


Freight Prepaid

Freight prepaid on orders $850 or more at regular WD pricing. On orders less than $850, the freight calculated is FOB Plant City, FL (unless otherwise explicitly specified). Freight prepaid does not apply to any drop shipment order. Freight prepaid applies to continental US orders only.


Fees Introduction

AES Industries has published the various fees for your reference. Please note these fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. If you have a question or dispute about a particular fee, please feel free to contact us.

Approved COD orders will be assessed a $17.50 service charge.

Drop Shipment Fee


Any order placed shipping directly to a customer at a different physical address than your company’s corporate office or warehouse(s) on file will be assessed a $10 drop shipment fee.

Minimum Order Fee


Orders of less than $50 will be assessed a $10 service charge.

NSF Check Fee


A charge of $35 will be assessed for checks returned for insufficient funds.

International Order Processing Fee


All international orders will be assessed a $10 processing fee.

Bank Wire Fee


All bank wire transfers are subject to a $30 fee.

Open Account Terms

We offer open account terms subject to credit approval. Terms for open account invoices are 2% 10th Prox, Net 30 Days. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all unpaid balances over 30 days old. A 2% discount on merchandise (net total) may be taken by paying an open invoice in full by the 10th day.

Under our open account terms, you agree to make payment in full to AES Industries for all purchases in accordance with terms of sale.

Should you default in any such payment, you agree to pay a late service charge on any amounts in default at the maximum rate permitted by law, and, at the option of AES Industries all amounts owed by you shall become immediately due and payable without further demand or notice. You further agree to pay a reasonable attorney’s fee and all other costs and expenses incurred by AES Industries in the collection of any obligation. This agreement shall become effective when accepted by an authorized AES credit manager. You shall not transfer or assign this agreement without express prior written consent of AES Industries.


Credit Card Terms

Payment made with MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit cards when order is placed will receive a 4% discount off products billed at regular WD price, excluding special prices and freight.


Stock Adjustments

Any item purchased 12 months prior to stock adjustment return request will not be approved for a stock return. Pre-approved stock adjustments are allowed one time per year and must not exceed 10% of your previous year’s net purchases. To avoid a 30% handling charge, return must be accompanied by a 2-for-1 offsetting order. Items ordered at a special discount will not be accepted. Obsolete or discontinued items will not be accepted. Merchandise requiring repackaging subject to 30% repackaging charge.



All returned merchandise must be first authorized in writing and shipped freight prepaid. Any returns received without an RGA label will be refused. A copy of your sales invoice must accompany all returned merchandise to verify warranty eligibility; otherwise, no credit will be issued. A complete copy of our return policy is available upon request.



AES Industries products are warranted to be free from defective material and workmanship. Any such defective product will be replaced or repaired free of charge at our option, except those products with damage resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect or alteration. Our liability under warranties expressed or implied shall be limited to the replacement or repair of the defective product. We shall not be liable in tort or contract for any loss or damages: direct, incidental or consequential.


International Orders

All international orders will be assessed a $10 customs paperwork processing fee. It is your responsibility to inform your freight forwarder of all information and supply all necessary documentation required by your freight forwarder.


Account Termination

AES Industries reserves the right to at any time terminate your account without any prior notice. Violation of any of our terms and conditions can and will result in termination of an existing account or rejection of a pending new customer application.

Return Policy

All returns must be pre-approved and have the RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. AES Industries reserves the right to give partial or no credit for the following reasons:

• Merchandise returned that was not pre-approved on initial RGA Request Form.

• Merchandise which did not originate from AES Industries.

• Merchandise returned without accompanying sales invoice or proof of purchase.

• Improperly packaged returned merchandise.

• Any items which may have been modified or are missing parts.

• Merchandise returned after ten (10) days of RGA approval.

• Used merchandise with no resale value.

• Merchandise that is discontinued or obsolete.

• Product returned does not match the conditions for return stated during the initial RGA request.

Any applicable credit will be issued within thirty (30) days after receipt of goods. AES Industries reserves the right to assess a 15% restocking fee and/or a 30% repackaging fee. Initiate a Return/Request an RGA #

Before you can return merchandise, you must first request an RGA number. Complete this form and return via e-mail: returns@aesindustries.com or fax (813) 754-6699. Upon review of your request and if your request is approved - you will be issued an RGA number as well as an RGA Authorized Return Form with instructions on how to return your merchandise. Do not return merchandise until your return request is authorized. Returned merchandise without prior authorization will not receive credit and may not be returned.

How do we protect your information? 
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information. 

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance 
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
